Experience Matters

Parker and Salman founded Throughline after meeting at Mosaic—a construction technology company Salman started. At Mosaic, they delivered over 3,000 homes as a general contractor while developing proprietary software to streamline operations. This dual experience gave them firsthand insight into the real problems in construction operations and the critical gaps in existing software solutions.

Salman has a computer science background and grew up in a construction household. Parker comes from real estate development, homebuilding, and product management. At Mosaic, Parker led product and Salman was founder and CEO.

At Throughline, we're building on that foundation to deliver software that actually works for homebuilding operations. We've lived the problems we're solving—we know what homebuilders need because we've been in the trenches. That's why we're focused on better data connectivity and insights that integrate seamlessly into existing workflows, making data-driven decisions accessible from the job site to the C-suite.
